Anatomically designed to provide the best possible fit. They are made from soft and elastic materials and are equipped with a silicone gripper to prevent the cap from sliding out of place. With its standard short bill, the cap fits nicely under your helmet. Although you can choose from "Women's" or "Men's, those only reflect the colors of the women's and men's cycling kits. Each cap is unisex and one size fits all.

    Tasting Notes

    We started Hello Blue CBD because we knew people were missing out on the benefits of CBD oil because of its taste. Why not make something that is good for you AND tastes good? Not everybody likes the taste of hemp, so we decided to produce our Regular Line in MCT coconut oil instead of hemp oil.  If you do like the taste of hemp, our Full Spectrum Line of products has a mild hemp flavor and scent.

    Each product page has the option to choose an all-natural flavor additive. Just click on the "Flavor" menu and scroll until you find your favorite. Most product lines have the option of all flavors, so go ahead and try different combos!

    Here's what you can expect from the different flavors:

    🍓Strawberry is pleasantly sweet and tastes like it's freshly picked.
    🍋 Lemon Drop is amazing. Some say it tastes like lemon meringue pie, others say it's closer to lemon pound cake.
    ☕ Cappuccino tastes like a lightly sweetened cup of java, enjoyed on a patio in a small Italian cafe.
    🌿 Sweet Mint is so refreshing! It's unmistakably minty with a pleasant aftertaste.
    🍪 Chocolate Chip is our pièce de résistance...inspired by the king of cookies himself, Phil Gaimon. You need to try this one to believe it.

    Natural Flavor is simply organic MCT coconut oil.  Mellow and easy, if you don't like sweetness, we suggest sticking with this.

    🚫 Not every flavor is available with every product. You'll have to trust us on this; we tried every combination possible, and some are great together, others...not so much. We think you'll love the results!

    Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Affairs department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us during standard business hours 9am-4:30pm PT M-F, and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

    Shipping Locations

    We only ship to the 50 states within the United States, Canada, The European Union, Australia and New Zealand. All shipments are via USPS. Any duties due are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any products or packages held by Customs, whether temporary or indefinite.

    Return Policy

    Hello Blue CBD may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from HBCBD through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

    The merchandise must be received by HBCBD within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
    You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
    Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if 75% or more of the product is unused
    If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (9-4:30 PT M-F) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

    All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

    We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

    Promotional Items

    All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed by HBCBD through any other format, and HBCBD will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.

    Back Orders

    Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time and therefore any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order. We only charge for the items shipped.

    Delays

    Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery, longer for international orders.
